Hello, I'm new but I am banned!?!?!

Hello Everyone,

This looks like a great site but for some reason I have been banned before registering.
I would love to watch the F1 highlights as I am English living in France without ITV f1 coverage (obviously the best!) and I missed the race yesterday.
Could someone tell me what I have to do to become "unbanned" please

I can't seem to download the F1 highlights program. It always says:
"Tracker error. banned client. Please use a different BT client"
