Part of the 'daylight' here was the reflection against the clouds.... if you were to look down on the ground from above on a clear night... you'd see plenty of 'daylight' on the ground it self :)

Yes, I think this belongs in 'American muscle' ;)

Where I live, I'm about 5 miles from the actual test bed (Pratt & Whitney) where they test the engines that go into stuff like this. I'll see if I can't get some pictures someday.
