Cool - Made the family sedan segment fun and cool-ish again... away and done with the late 70's and 80's "box" look and platform that changed the industry world-wide!

The SHO was pretty cool, the others werent. Too much of a mom-mobile, and theyre all either destroyed or "pimped" nowadays.

nth, I hope you aren't serious. This made the family car fun and cool?

Even if this became a widely use platform, it does not justify your statement.

why? well because there is one standing in our garage (the station wagon though) and i fucking hate that car and my parents just won't get rid of it yet... it's so hard to get it through the inspection because so much has already broke or is worn out... uh i hate it.

A nice basic car that got the job done. The only thing killing these cars is lack of demand (not exactly a mystery, but still sad). Most of the ones at my local salvage yard only had minor problems (or accidents).
