Good news for fans of the awesome mg 6r4
You still see the mg metro 6r4 competing in british rallying.
So the 6r4 lives to rally a diffrent day.
The MSA have confirmed that the Metro 6R4 will be allowed to continue to compete in both 2.8 and 2.5 form. This is a good day for the 6R4 owner who can now keep their car without losing money on them as the value of such cars will no doubt go up as it is still a force to be reckoned with in national rallying. A big part of this could not of been acheived if it wasn't for people like John Stone's Co-driver Lee Carter who fought and put the proposals to keep this car active in rallying, Metro 6R4 Online News would like to say a big thankyou to Lee for all his hard work and to the MSA and the Rallies Committee for keeping Britain's best former Group B car to be seen on the stages
