Is there a dedicated motoring channel that test drive cars/ motobikes, that talk about "how the cars work", etc ?? :D :D :D

well there is SPEED TV

There was also an anouncement of WHEELS TV coming soon to cable with shows like the ones on Spike that build cars and test them.
