where were these taken?
The funny thing is they look exactly like my mom's 20th anniversary edition.
I would like to trade her's in for an R32

I think Arrow Steel (in the background) is in Houston TX, but this looks...colder.
I'm glad they brought the R32 over. Now if only I could get one...

Cool pictures, when I was in Charlestown, SC I saw the loading dock for the BMWs they build there...not as cool as the R32, but still a lot of BMWs.

Hmm... i like the R32.
I pass every day by the official dealer of bmw, and they have a park like that full of bmw's. From 7 series to Z4 and X5, and now the X3. I'll try to take some pictures, will be hard because is on the side of highway and it's forbidden to park in highway without any reason.
I'll let you now when i get te pictures.

There's BMW dealers about ten minutes in every direction of where I live and they all have huge ass parking lots. We have a city near me called Libertyville and there's a stretch of highway about ten miles long and all it is, is car dealerships. It's fucking heaven!

^^^Yes, I know what you mean, it is awesome to have all those dealerships right next to each other on the 'strip'.

Where are you from?

I saw an R32 the other day at a car tuner shop. Wait a second. Wrong R32! The one I saw was a Skyline. And in Boise, Idaho nevertheless.

It is sad because the Volkswagen R32 is not sold in Canada. :( :( :( :x

what? are you sure?
I am sure. See this: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=1199810
It's sad because I love this car (High-output VR6 + 4 Motion). I wanted to buy this car and put the HPA twin turbo kit on. But the only special VW Golf you can get here is the 20th anniversary edition aka GTI 337.
On the other hand, you can now buy in Canada an Audi RS6, but $$$$.

I thought u were talking about skylines for a sec... i was thinking "WTF, R32s... kinda old..." but these R32s are very nice! Are they the 4wd ones Tiff tested in the shootout vid? out of all the hot-hatches tested id pick the VW because of the 4wd alone.

Yes they are AWD and Clarkson was in Shootout not Tiff

i am supposed to drive an R32 soon....i have driven a TT V6 and *supposedly* they are very very similiar.....
except for the fact that the R32 has a proper manual gearbox, which is being released on the TT V6, but later in the year.
and how is the new tt, i it were manual(like your car) yould you choose it over your car?
