As far as the first video is concerned, and aside from the fact that it sucks to have to deal with such a disfigurement, that guy is a real life Ent from LOTR.

Moving on to the second video (which I saw quite some years ago), you know you have a hell of a friend when he is willing to help carry your balls for you.
