Nice car collection, and BEAUTIFUL house!
Isn't it an irony.
Singing about the tough life growing up in the ghetto and how you have no future execept violence, drugs and gangs - and then selling the music back to the poor slobs stuck and dieing in the ghetto - makes you more money than any of the "dreamers" back in "da hood" could imagine.
Its also kinda an irony that the excesses of "the man" that is the cause for all the suffering in the "hood" is what the reward is ;)
And what a reward - all the "great modern F-Cars" hehe

Gotta give him a little credit for not ruining the F-Cars.

Yet....
..but I suspect the reason is the cars are leased ;)

ok i dont know what ghetto u been to, but as far as i know they do not spend money buying cds...downloading, burning and selling illegal copies yes.
and why are all of y'all saying hypocrite this hypocrite that:huh:, like any of u wouldn't do the same if u made it big, get that dream garage u always wanted...i dont think anyone in the ghetto would want to stay there if they had the money to buy a nice house and nice car.
oh and thanks for the video link...F50 better than enzo IMO :-D

I too am surprised he didn't screw up the Ferraris (that would be hilarious if they are not actually his, but just on lease), but I find it hard to see 50 cent rollin' around in an F40/50, I mean, they aren't exactly the easiest cars to drive around in, and they aren't much good for anything except hardcore driving (well, and showing them off).
Isn't it an irony.

Can't answer that question directly - but I suspect RC is saying that he rented the cars for the video shoot, that they're not really his. And if that's what he's saying then I agree with him.

2nd largest earner in Rap in '06, banking over $36million.. I'm not sure if he is leasing his F-fleet or owns them, but i'm sure the decision is rather influenced by his accountants, not his inability to pay ;-)
I give him points for his good taste.

Come to think of it, that's probably not even his full car collection.I remember reading an article a while back about him getting pulled over in his Lambo. Murci.

You can lease anything if there is profit in the lease payment for the lease provider.
Software, computers, cars, houses, animals ... anything.

It is claimed on ferrari chat that 50 cent does not any of those cars. They are owned by a collector in the area. Mtv cribs are known to do this, renting cars out and putting them on the show.

LOL, are you serious?! So he didn't even lease them, he just rented them for the tv-show? If that is true he is seriously lame.

From what I've read, he owns the F40. The rest are leased from someones private collection. Leased by him, not MTV.

Offtopic a little, but it seems that 50p is coming here for a concert tomorrow. Yellow press is writing about his big list-of-things-wanted-at-concert (raider?) Vitaminized water, Hennessy, Cuban cigars etc. The list is long
You should see the one for Bloodhound Gang. M&M's sorted by color, rhesus monkey skeleton etc.. :-D

He calls himself "Ferrari F50" in his rap songs, so I bet that sexy F50 is from him, but the rest of the cars, are too refined for him....
But that house, oh my God, is out of this world....
