It's not known what kind of car the new model will be, but it seems it's sure a new Lamborghini will be unveiled at the Geneva show in march.

I got this information from www.lambocars.com, a dedicated Lambo page and usually very correct.

And luckily I will be there to see with my wide open eyes!

BTW, could it be just another refined and even sportier Gallardo? I'd be surprised to see really, already, the third model...

I would love a 'sporty' Gallardo, that would rock!

If lambo made an SUV it would probably be coppied off the Cayenne and Touareg with the way things are going. Remember the last SUV they made? that thing was horrible in every way not even the Lamborghini badge helped.

oh god have you seen the last lambo suv it was pathetic. i saw it on top gear it was the lambo lm002 from the 1980s. it looked like a hummer with the countach. it was funny

A rear wheel drive 'SV' badged Gallardo would be pretty cool. A car like that would almost be getting into Murc territory though. I bet all ready, there's very little between a Murcielago and Gallardo up to say, 140 or so mph.

I hope it would be a 600 hp V12 supersports car. Faster and lighter than Gallardo, and more beauty!

Me also, I have the feeling that Lambo will show us a new SUV base on the Cayenne/Touareg platform.

I sure hope it isn't.

You have reason mrzonda a rear wheel drive 'SV' badged Gallardo with extra hp is a good idea.

Yes, it has to be an upgrade of one of the previous models. It is way too soon for a new model.

I am definitely for a rwd, SV Gallardo...but a SV version of the Murci would be even better, shed all that weight from the awd, and get rid of that silly understeer the Murci has...

If its an SUV, that would suck...

I'd like a sporty Gallardo, with a lot less weight, RWD, a good manual gearbox and a better sound. The Stradale version of the Gallardo...mh GOOD

I really hope they aren't talking about the SUV that they were planning to build....but the picture of that new front engined Lambo looks cool.

I don't think it's going to be an SUV. More likely is an SV version of the Murciélago or Gallardo, or, as Mark Smeyers of lambocars.com is hoping for, a GT car. I'm hoping for an SV version of either the Murciélago or Gallardo.

I think it will be the open version of the Murcielago (or perhaps the Gallardo) or the road version of the R-GT Murcielago.

Lambo is part of the VW group, it has a histoy of making a SUV for a middle eastern army contract. Highly likely that we are going to see a rebadged Touareg to compete with the Cayenne... Its gonna be a supercar battle fought on the B-roads, highways and now the forests as well!

I think it's gonna be a rear wheel driven version of the murcielago or even the gallardo, some sort of street version of the murcielago gt perhaps...
It's way to early for a entire new car....just a little push-up would be great!

I would like to see a Lamborghini 2+2 for sure. One of the most interesting Ferrari's to me is 440i. If Lamborghini mad a modern car like that I would be impressed. Interesting, we will have to wait and see.

One good source talk to me about the Murciélago Roadster

Agreed. It will probably be a convertible version of one of the two existing cars. I'm surprised so many people dislike the LM. Granted, it's not the best street machine in the world, but that's not its purpose. Someone in our neighborhood has a black one. It looks pretty bad ass roaming around in blizzards.

I'm not very keen on SUVs but I am very interest to see what Lambo's modern idea for an SUV would be. :D

Won't it just be the GTR version?

hmmm the originally planned diablo successor(Canto) was something like that, there were rumours about 1 version getting some 700hp, it was pretty far developed, then ferdinand piëch pulled out the plug, shame.
Although i dont think evry1 will like its styling, i do:

Please not another Suv =\

Don't plan to have a rwd from gallardo or murcielago. VW likes too much of his quattro system, doesn't seem that they change now.
