2x 1 GB memory upgrade :D i can't wait. i will run x-bench before and after when i finally get the package.
oh its nice, i can see the load time and smoothness effects of the new RAM yet i ran the Mac benchmark test and i am a little bit slower on avg. to the 512mb RAM i use to have. what is the deal with that?

isnt that EXTREMELY CHEAP for laptop RAM?
and from 512mb to 2 GB!!! thats a crazy jump
lol, i just upgraded from a g5 imac 1.8ghz 1gb ram
to a intel imac 2.16 ghz 2gb ram
there is a major diff there too
I recently upgraded my desktop RAM from 1GB to 3GB, and it made a difference.
it is true, memory is one of the best ways to boost your computers speed.

I have a Sony Vaio (kinda old) VGN-SZ120P does that ram work on my laptop too?
Usually you can find specs of your computer on manufacturers website, where it will tell you the appropriate ram that you can upgrade with.
I'm guessing since it's kind of old, you prob. have DDR and not DDR II.

I believe that laptop of yours can take PC2 4200 so you should be good to buy the same ram as TNT.
