^That's because all the flags were made in China anyway. There was a bit of controversy recently, over the US military purchasing all their uniforms from Chinese manufacturers.

To be honest, intellectual property is all a bit vague in things like these. Especially in China. I'm sure the quality is fair and it works, but it's no Wii, and people who want a Wii won't want this hot pink rip off.
