I don't like replicas usually, but these ones are not to bad LOL.. I wonder if the MR2 / 355 is the same they had in Top Gear's studios...

These replicas seem so real.

There should be a law against that sort of things. I hate this replicas as much as I hate ricers. I cant believe these owners happily show up "showing off" their cars. What a shame.

Cool replicas, but they don´t replace the real Ferraris. I guess to have a real Ferrari will make you to sleep with a clear consciense.

:D

One word for those people: LAME. I am with DeMoN, I can't believe those people are not completely embarrassed that they have fakes. I don't understand their motives...if you want a Ferrari that badly then no other car would do, especially some replica, but if that's what floats their boat then ok.

People who build replicas are just grown up ricers. Trying to be something they aren't. Truly sad.

i dunno..i dont like the idea of faking it, but for these guys, it just seems like a hobby, something to pass the time, they arent trying to trick ppl into thinking they really have a ferrari

I´m a huge fan of anything relationed with Ferrari and if I tell you the true I don´t hate them.
I´m really astonised with those replicas. Of course it isn´t the tipical reproduction using olds Wolkswagens or similar.

Feh, they're just as bad as ricers. Breaking the cardinal rule of performance cars. "It looks faster than it actually is"

It is pretty bad... but I'd rather see guys try and pass a 240z as a 250 GTO, than some people who chop up vintage, 'lesser' Ferrari to build a sad excuse for a 250 GTO.

Yep, I gotta agree with you guys on this one. A fake can never match the perfection nor build quality of the original, that is why it is not worthy to wear the badge. This doesn't apply to extremely rare cars, if the builders intention is to bring a classic back to life, not to become a ricer :)

why would anyone try to make a fake 355. if you cant afford it then just buy another car instead of defacing the ferrari badge.

Faking cars is just terrible...especially if the target car is a classic exotic...imo that's a damn crime

maybe it's a passion for them? I know a guy over here who owns 2 355's a challenge and a GTS and a modena, yet he does kit cars for fun. He once kitted an F-40, (god knows what was the base model), and he says that it's all in the passion of building things. Like when we were kids we played with lego or tamiya or other fix em up toys. These boys do it for real when they grow up, so come on, give em a chance.

to the average person(non car enthusiast) that prolly looks just like a real ferrari, and most likely could still get you laid like a sex fiend, these ppl arent always pure ferrari enthusiasts either, so they prolly dont mind, they just want a good lookign car and dont have 100-300,000 dollars, personally i hate replicas and would never be caught dead in one, but why shouldnt other ppl be able to use replicas??????
