Please be sure to crank your speakers to the max - on these ones ;)

also hava a very wide one, i like some pop most of all rock, punk, techno, trance, and rock in spanish, and some rap
good driving music to give you a heavy foot? i would listen to techno trance with a deep base simple beat about as fast as your heart rate.

You guys have all good taste in music. I have a variety of music I like to play. Mostly trance and hip hop. Hip Hop is good for those crusing days with ur buddies and all. Trance is for those chill days.

yeah... if u like alice deejay, there is a compilation series you should check out called "Euro Club Hits" --
it's pretty clear that dance music is coming back around the world -- just check the recent big American hip-hop and R&B hits which are clear rip-offs of the european dance style.....
here's the direct iTunes link to the "Euro Club Hits" series.....

I used to bump Rap, Dance, whatever. As long as it had a beat.
...Then I lost my license for speeding.
No joke - driving to classical / jazz makes everything calm and I reckon partly the reason I havn't gotten a ticket in 2 years now. :mrgreen:

Wow, a bot just bumped a 4-year-old thread; when it was last replied to, I was only 15!
I tend to listen to a station called Mix 106.5, because it has a good mix of music from old 70s and 80s stuff to modern hits. They have party mixes where they play party songs on Friday and Saturday nights, and Love Song Dedications on Monday to Thursday nights. I quite like those times. If not Mix, I listen to The Edge 96.1, which plays urban music.

Funny that this topic came up at this time: my musical tastes are going through a major change right now: From a playlist which had more rap, hip-hop, and Linkin Park, to a more mature (maybe:?::-P) playlist with Coldplay, System of a Down, Nirvana, bit of White Stripes, Western and Indian classical music, and a few specific songs such as 'Bohemian Like you' by The Dandy Warhols, 'It's Not Over' by Chris Daughtry... and the like.
Someone told me once that 'Coldplay tells it like it is', which I think is a very accurate description: their songs may not rhyme that well, but the seemingly random collection of phrases which form the lyrics of their songs precisely echo what I feel inside but cannot express. My friends tell me that I smile all the time when I listen to their songs!:laugh:
Some notable favorites by Coldplay are :
Daylight, which I LOVE waking up to;
Bigger Stronger, which mirrors my feelings when I am trying to perform an overtaking maneuver in my dad's 1.5litre Corolla;
'Trouble', 'Hunting High And Low', 'Amsterdam', 'The Scientist' when I am thinking of my crush...:-P;
and 'Innervision' by System, which has the unfortunate side effect of making my driving speed increase by at least 20km/h
Some Other music I have recently started listening to is those by Pacific Islands artists:
'Ramukanji' and 'Don't Stop' by 1 Toks, a Solomon Islands band;
'Fika MAi Pese' by Zipso; 'Lou Tama E Fai' by Mr TEE, both Samoan;
And some of my colleagues in med school who are from Tuvalu have actually composed and recorded some songs in our dorms! I would love to share them (I have permission, he did not intend them to be commercial exploits, they were just havimng fun)
We have students from all over the Pacific, ang the cultural exchange is just wonderful!
