Pranksters, whom Rove suspects are from the National Economic Council, wrapped Karl Rove's Jaguar in plastic, whilst he was on holiday. They also stuck an Obama bumber sticker on the car.

Well, if they are from the National Economic Council, they should know better than to waste money buying lots of plastic to wrap up a friend's car! I like how the little kids were so excited to help unwrap the car.
