Monterey 2007 sightings

No trip to Monterey would be complete with out seeing a few Bugattis. This time I saw three. Got to photo two of them sort of.

Every Bugatti I saw being driven, the driver was on his cell phone.

Its too expensive for me to attend all these events, so I sneek into as many as I can. Late in the day they close down the admission check point at the Concorso Italiano. I got there a little late, so all that was there were the leftovers. Almost all the Ferrari were already being packed up by their handlers, but the Maser crowd likes to party late.

I had never seen this car before.

Do to the lateness of the day the lighting was pretty funky.

This car was parked across the street from the Pebble Beach Campus, the day before the concours. On the passenger seat we could see press credentials for the driver. I guess its nice when the perks for your job include getting a car like this for the weekend.

First time I have seen this car in person. Too bad its so expensive as it is a pretty hot looking car.

I suspect it is the same car. At night in Monterey downtown, then the next day in Carmel cruzing. I like this car, I want it for myself.

This was taken at the corkscrew at Laguna Seca. There were about seven F40's who got parada laps on Friday. They were guided by a 40mph pace car but there was some rubberbanding so they had a little fun.
