Yeah, the potential for restoration is pretty good here. However, you'll still have to restore it.

+1 This is absolutely worth it. It will cost a hell of a lot to restore it and it will take a long time but once its done, it will be worth a fortune. Not to mention the fact that if someone can afford something like this, you can bet that they probably have a pretty substantial bank account :wink:
