I think this needs to happen in upstate New York somewhere. If I get raped by a minister in Alabama the police are only going to ask me if I got his phone number.

And Stan they don't have Sexual Abuse Insurance, its called Liability Insurance.

Liability insurance is a generic term describing a plethora of insurance options. The article says:

"The deal settles all 508 cases that remained against the archdiocese, which also paid $60 million in December to settle 45 cases that weren't covered by sexual abuse insurance."

Sounds to me like a specific provision covering sexual abuse if you ask me. It's typical for insurance companies to exclude criminal acts...of which, sexual abuse would be one...so the article suggests that sexual abuse is something specifically covered.
