today me and my dad bought this wonderfull man propelled boat, a 1958 model, fully restored and fully working.
It was a nightmare to put it in the water at its old place, to pedal home (40 min ride) and to put it on the small thing that allows you to pull it out of the water, but damn it makes you feel good when you buy something you were dreaming about as a little child (there are plenty of them here on the lake you can rent them, but to own one is something different definitely!)

where's the custom pic?
only kidding, thats pretty cool Matteo! that may be kinda weird, but definitely makes for a good date ;)
Well, I have no custom pic as there is no key or user manual obviously and I the JW logo thing would be doable with pretty much any rentable one too :bah: :D
Yep, those things are marvellous for a date. Not so much when it's yours and you have to get wet till the knees to put it in the water because there is nobody helping you with it :D
LOL, the day you'll visit Lugano we might be able to go for a "ride", who knows :D but don't tell your parents ;)

You need one of those 225hp outboard motors like JC strapped onto his toyboata. That would be amusing to watch :)

Cute. It even looks like a car.

Well, I have to start somewhere :D

That's why we picked a 1950 model. Modern ones doesn't look like cars anymore..
Well, how does it handle and what are the numbers? I think that qualifies quite high in the weirdest ride category
It's slow, very slow! And a 40 minutes trip will be enough to almost kill you :) the direction is the most imprecise you'll ever experience, the seats were created when the word "ergonomic" didn't exist and yet, it's bloody funny!
