Over here the during the summer the sun rises at 5am and sets at 9:30ish. I love it.

yeah i always have this :( feeling when i know the days are getting shorter, it just isnt right, the longest day should be somewhere near the end of summer, really hot as well :P

anyway, we're a bit more down south here in holland, sun starts rising about 4:30 i guess, sets at somewhere close to 10.30 / 11.00... i love it :D now all we need is some terrace weather, or maybe a barbecue 8)

This is the first time that Ive been away from Greece during the summer... and it pains me a lot.. not being able to go for a swim, not having a proper night that lasts for 5-6 hours, eat soublaki, approach the chicks by deploying the famous Greek style... Fortunately I'm leaving Edinburgh next week and going back to Greece for around a month for vacations! Dont get me wrong I love Edinburgh but there's no place like home. :wink:

I live down the water, I have no garden but a little peer on it. Oh and the barbecue is on :wink:

Thats alot of light over there in Scandinavia! I don't think I would be able to sleep! Anyway enjoy your days off! :D

Yeah, you guys enjoy your long days. When I woke up early this morning for my philosophy exam it was still dark, and fucking raining.

No, it wasn't not snowing, but the wind was the killer. Oh well, the rain has gone for now and it's actually relatively warm today. Nevertheless, this winter has been the coldest in my memory. So much for Al Gore and his inconvenient truth.
