The customer is actually a certified Mercedes technician..
A guy uses a hidden camera to capture a Mercedes Benz dealership trying to screw him out of $6500 on a sun roof repair bill.

Pathetic, I'm surprised he can get away with this. All repaires on MB's are recorded, along with the pieces used (and their serial number) in MB's central database. This ensures you can have a history of what was done on the car...

Just another typical crook, should get his head kicked in.
