This test says nothing.

Everyone has a certain interest in one make or a couple of makes, theres no way you can know everything.

it really is a shitty test. very typical of car coverage in American media, focusing on pop culture BS etc.

That's what the 50's were though. Most of our pop culture came out of the 50's and 60's. If you look at the title, it's geared towards the baby boomers who were growing up in that era.

I got 77%

Some I knew, some I guessed. I guess all the car related shows my TiVo tapes have finally become of some use :D

Oh Cripes - it must mean I'm old. Fuck!

I bet Jabba and RC - the really old farts here - will get 90%+. And what about the 75 year old Ronin ;)

Also Toyata is NOT the number one Auto brand, that is a lie.

apparently you were under your rock when it was announced that they overtook GM in sales.

Bitch and moan all you want but it's true.

So GM beat out Toyota in March, April and May?

dutchmasterflex
06-12-2007, 02:50 PM
Actually in May GM sold 591,133 cars and trucks while Toyata sold a small 437,293 cars and trucks in May.

GM sold 371,056 cars in May while Toyata sold a tiny 269,023.

Yeah Sales Leader huh?

Just wait until the annual reports are written ;)

If Toyota doesn't "officially" take the lead this year, they will in near future. From an analyst perspective, I'd put my money in TMC stock rather than GM.
