View Full Version : Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing indepth
This was quite a surprise: in a tiny village near my hometown lives this old guy (90 years old). And we happen to have a friend in common. When I discovered he has a 300SL hidden in the garage, I had to ask him to take it out in his backyard for an ultra quick photoshoot. Shitty grey weather, but what a stunner this car still is, and the owner uses it on a regular basis!

now that sounds like a properly fantastic opportunity! i like it better in red, but still an amazing car. btw wouldnt this qualify as a Photoshoot rather than an Indepth? or is a Review the thing with the standard list of content (driving experience, comfort, pictures etc etc)?

The beauty and your skills make up for the weather and location. :)
Actually I don't think the location was that bad at all. Great work as usual TT.

Oh, actually my "indepth" definition never was a full experience. Just another way to call a photoshoot for my website
And definitely in this case there was no road experience involved at all as we just moved the car 20 meters down the road
