The thing is not if it is doable or not but that it was designed(electronic chip) to put it in your children's brains to have control over them by electric shocks and so whenever they need to. And who particularly came up with that brilliant idea? - the ones that hammered the ice pick into the skull just above the tear duct and wiggle it around till the part of your brain disconnect(well that must be a brilliant healing procedure :shock: ) or literally cook a part of your brain with electric shock.

I'm open to these sort of things and I think it might be doable, but I don't believe anything without substantial proof. And I'm not convinced.
