yeeeeeees that's whats up, gr8 sliding angle despite the r8 having awd... not much from the porsche though but who cares, r8 is so much nicer...thanx for the link 8)

I just watched Tiff Needel's review of the R8.. That thing sounds amazing, and goes like a RWD ;)
Now if only you could get a RS4 with rear biased AWD...

In fact the B7 S4 and B7 RS4 are 40/60 rear biased AWD, the the difference with the R8 is located at the level of the engine weight distribution. Anyway it's not rare to see a lot of B7 RS4 going sideways on track.

Yeah I was thinking the MR layout had the biggest effect on handling characteristics..
I was just going by what Tiff mentioned about the R8's AWD vs. previous Audi's.
Any chance the R8 has an even more rear biased AWD than the regulars?
