i've got a better solution to the state killing them..

ship them all out to a prison at the bottom of a valley out in the middle of nowhere. all the windows in the cells face outward to the valley hills and have a clear view of the entire room from any angle.

Charge 50 bucks a shot and give the victim's families sniper rifles so they can pick off which ever bastard wronged their family at any time.

This accomplishes 2 things. Gets rid of the inmate and keeps them in a constant state of fear, as they so deserve to be in, because they have no idea when the shot will be fired.

And if the victim's family doesn't want to pull the trigger, charge 100 bucks a shot and let the public have a crack :D
