Prototyp lisence?? - Prototypführerschein??

A friend of mine from Germany was searching through some german employmeent pages, and noticed that Audi AG, and Quattro GmBH were looking for new testdrivers. The required skills were that you had the "Prototyp lisence" or "Prototypführerschein"

any ideas anyone?
