As you have read, I need a webpage that shows exercises or routines for weight-lifting.
I'm considering joining a gym, but not willing to pay an extra 50 bucks to a trainner that works in the gym (who is supposed to help you, but "never has time"... assholes) for him to give me a training program.
I´ve only found some crappy webpages with little or almost none info.
I need it to show the many tipes of routines for arms, forearms, shoulders, back, etc etc. As you know, there are a lot of routines for each part of the body.
any help will be greatly appreciate. Thanks

Screw the gym and the trainer.. unless you really have got the money to spend.
A trainer is nice cause you have someone to motivate you to keep working out and do that extra rep.
I work out at home with 2 20lb barbells, a pull up bar and a floor (for push ups). That's it.
With the barbells I work my biceps, triceps, shoulders and upper chest.
The only abdominal work out I do is done with my pull ups. To kill 2 birds when I do pull ups I extend my legs straight outward in front of my as if I was sitting on my ass with my legs out in front of me.

yup, member of B group :P
and I'm considering the gym because in my actual condition, I need more than a dumbell and a bench

If you need to lose some weight, start running. That's the best way to burn off those calories. Then hit the weights.

Im on a diet, I was 97 Kg when I started and am about 82 Kilos now.
Need an additional 10 or so Kilos I guess, and thats without running, need to go and do that again soon..
