Probably because it's tax season and some people need to cash quick... or they just want to settle the balance of the loan and get out from under the car note.

Or - they are salvage titled and thats all they are worth ;)

I only wish :lol: I saw some pics of an Enzo and an F1 with horrible rims (anything other then original in this case!)
