Most of the people are arabs, but not all those cars belonge to Dubai people. Some are from US, some from UK, many from Russia & Indians....

If you remember. one year ago, in TopGear Magazine, they showed the new owner of the Special Edition Phantom RR, They only produced 8 of them in the world. 7 of them went to the Seven Emirates States. (Presidents etc.) but the last one went to an Indian 22yrs old businessman!
