That simulation is from something called Deutz or thereabouts... i think it is like visual simulation drawing program thing... I have come in contact with two different mechanical drawing programs at school, ProEngineer and SolidWorks and both are able to make assemblies were you can define fixpoints and then move the construction the way it is intended, to see if everything fits... you can make something pretty cool looking by grabbing the images from the screen when testing your assembly, but no feature allows for parts being moved into the assembly like in this video... This is something different is my guess
