I know the audio will be anoying for most (music instead of engine), but you can see that the GT3 is not exactly taking it easy...

BTW, anyone know the band? It sounded like the singer from Propaganda.

The music is so annoying :x :x

I think the video is also running abit fast, doesn't feel right. In combination of the 2, I closed the video 1 minute after.

The first time I was on the NS was in a bus, back in '86...

Sorry, yes it would appear to be an E46 M3 (note the ugly matte unpainted black engine vent at the base of the hood). I'm much better with my Porsche nomenclature...

Regarding the apparent difference in performance; it looked like the M3, of all things, had the 996 GT3 RS under braking - yikes! I don't think this relative performance difference can just be attributed to the fact that the M3 was following either.

Imagine that, an M3 that can brake...

a sped up video doesn't really represent how fast the cars really ar. besides the GT3 driver didn't look as clean as the BMW

the GT3 was definitely a bit choppy going through the tighter corners, but i don't think the vid was sped up at all. i remember seeing footage of this somewhere before, i just can't remember where.

i had to mute the music part way through. way too irritating.
