It's simple physics. Calculate the velocity, v, in relation to the trajectory, t, in which g, gravity, of course remains a constant.

There is no indication of wheels moving therefore on the balance of probabilities, you cannot say the bus is moving.

But yes, it would be left for left-hand-drive and right for right-hand-drive.
