KNUT - icebear baby, born in Berlin Zoo, very cute

I followed this story for a while.
The poor icebear baby was not accepted by his mother and so, an attendant from the zoo "raised him on the bottle", he's so cute

now, with 15 week old, he'll make his first public appearance ( :shock: 20 international TV stations are expected tommorrow).

haha this is one crazy story here in germany

apparently the bear already has an estimated worth of about 13 million euros. it's really crazy, all the publicity and stuff. it's so insane, the amount of people visiting the Berlin Zoo to see the bear forced them to organize the visits like this: ~500 can watch for 7 minutes then they have to move on, there is also a special place for the press so they can take pictures. if i recall correctly during the easter holidays a bout 20.000 (yes twenty thousand) people stormed the zoo from all over germany to see the bear.

it's really interesting how this little animal made such a massive impact and is now worth such a huge amount of money. :roll: :)
