If you could choose.. Which supercar would it be?

Since I noticed a lot of non-car related topics being posted lately, I thought it was time to get some opinions about the carbrands top cars. So I've put a list together with all the top-of-the-list-cars (most expensive/biggest engine, just the top model) of each brand, only the ones that are available right now, straight from the factory (so no second hand models).

You decide!

*edit: The Aston Martin Vanquish should be the Vanquish S, the SLR should be the SLR 722 Edition and the Zonda F should be the Zonda F Club Sport of course :oops:

I would choose the pagani zonda f, extremely rare, fast. Astonishing good looks and sound. There are some amazing cars there but the Zonda out shines them in my mind.

My brain tells me to choose the SLR but my heart tells me to choose the Zonda F. I know the Merc would be the ideal daily driver supercar but I just can't help myself. The Zonda is sex on wheels and at least I get an engine from zee germans.

Edit: I don't consider the XKR to be a supercar in this cathegory..

I was asked the very same question at the Geneva show, by the Tramontana crew. They asked what was the hottest supercar of the show... so I answered the Pagani Zonda F Roadster, with full-carbon-fibre body, yellow interior, gunmetal grey wheels and the titanium sport exhaust. To the question 'what's the car you'd take if you had 3 milions €€€ to spend' - I asked the Veyron :wink:

Listening to my heart and common sense would mean I would buy the SLR but on the way I would stop at the Zonda dealer and buy a Zonda F.. There's just something about that car! Especially like Dani said in Carbon fibre, yellow interior etc etc :twisted:

I'd have to go with the Zonda F. Its a really hard choice to make, and as much as I love the Enzo, and the CGT, I would do like TGNL and on my way to buy one of them stop by Pagani and get the Zonda F.

Don't have anywhere near that kinda money though, so luckly I dont have to make that decision and I can have them ALL in a game :D

Sad, because of the list posted above, the C GT would be my pick.

Given what's left behind I would pick the Zonda F.

If used cars were allowed then I would select something a lot more special to me. No prizes for guessing .;)

Of those I'd take a unpainted Zonda F, the carbon weave on Zonda's looks amazing. Really amazing car overall.

The Enzo doesn't count as sameerrao just said, but that'd be my 2nd pick of the lot, followed by the CGT in black.

Though if you'd add the Koenigsegg CCX and Veyron to the list, things might be slightly rearranged.

The carrera GT and enzo are out of production but if this is the case the zonda f should be taken off as well. As far as i know pagani only made 25 of the zonda f and are all sold?

I'd love to have the Koenigsegg, because it's different and it's famous for nearly killing M. Stig.

But I'd still take the basic Zonda F. (no CS for me). It's just the most insane car. Ever.

And since when is the XKR a super car? For Crissakes, the 335i coupe is just as fast. Is that a supercar?

I'd take the Koenigsegg CCXR. 1000+hp w/ Ethanol. More slippery than the Bugatti or McLaren. And less pretentious than both.

Even though the poll itself has some out of production models (oops :P). But lets try and stay on topic I say, and only pick brand new models. For me it would have to be a Zonda F. 8)

I put the Jaguar XKR in the list since I think that Jaguar is also one of the more exclusive brands, maybe not as exclusive as the rest but still, and the XKR is their top model :)

The McLaren F1 is the car on top of my long list of loves. Too bad its not on this list. I guess id take the Saleen

Saleen S7 TT for the win! You can get all sorts of options on them if you go and talk to the engineers. The 1000 hp option is there and a derestricted S7R would be a ton of fun on a track. If you really wanted it, they could give you an S7 in bare carbon fibre (if you're into that sort of thing.) Lastly, there are fewer S7's than enzos. That's due in part because fewer were made and also, S7 owners don't go around splitting their cars in two.

Pagani zonda f the current most hardcore supercar of the bunch 21 century version of the mclaren f1.
Italian styling german engine can't beat that.
But for me the mclaren f1 still number one.

i chose the MC12. it just has something special about it's shape that the others on the list don't. imo the Enzo is a bit lame i just don't excited enough by it when i see pictures of it. the MC12 is something different though :)

my second choice would the the Porsche Carerra GT and then the Macca F1 ;)

Veyrons which have been ordered have been slowed slightly, as there was an issue with air bag deployment (i'm not sure if this affected anything but US deliveries) Deliveries are about 5 months behind schedule here, but are still coming.

The Zonda would be my supercar of choice. It is so impractical that it is cool. It is built purely to be a supercar. It just has a cool vibe. Desirability to the max!
