Number plate suggestions...

I'm going to get some slimline prestige plates like these:

After some suggestions of what to get, I know not many possibilities since only the first 4 alpha/ numbers can be changed (always ends in WA).

Something witty/funny would be nice.....thinking caps on people. :)

First 2 must be letters, next 2 are numbers and last two are always WA...eg.

Some I've come up with:

RD 04 WA (Red 04)
MO 53 WA (readi t backwards)

I saw BUL 541T in London recently, good plate.

In your region of Australia, you dont get fully custom plates? I have seen some really custom plates "PAP348" ; "F1" etc on some Aussie Ferraris.

Yeah you can get 7- or 9-digit custom plates, but they are more than double the cost - not willing to spend that much on something like a plate.

C'mon man! You spent some decent money on the car anyway to make it more unique. I think you need a truly custom plate to finsih it off :)

Haha....2 reasons I don't want one:

1. The cost.
2. I am more easily remembered by other motorists if I happen to piss them off with my driving. :)

However if you can come up with something witty then let me know, any combination of 7 numbers/letters.

Nothing like REXTASY or shit like that, not a fan of a play on words to do with REX or WRX.

I like Dani's suggestion the best!

Its wierd recommending fully custom plates to someone else. I mean it is a personal decision. We dont even know what you want on the plate. Something witty or funny is really difficult to recommend to others but easy to do for yourself.

For my car it was simple .. I wanted something to reflect F1 and who better than the 7X champ for that! Also it is a neat co-incidence that my car was made in 1991 which happens to be the year that Schumi started in F1. Very cool! Hence my plate "M SCHU". I wanted "SCHUMI" but some asswipe stole that plate. :lol: I got the next best thing.

If you want funny plates talk to magwheels - he has the funniest of them all :)

I've decided on a plate now, should get them in about 4 weeks. Not a full custom one sorry Sameer, only doing this coz its black and it will match the car better.

Plus I may well be moving into a new car in the coming months so no point getting something that may not fit my next ride. ;)

Not saying anything yet, its not as big a step as you may think - not a German, Italian or anything.

An Elise would be possible but I need brutal acceleration - so just keen on buying a better platform than the WRX.
