View Full Version : MotorolaQ-possible to ck for new mail faster than every 15?

I have a Verizon account and didn't want to get blackberry because the models available for Verizon are a generation behind, so I bought a Motorola Q. Unfortunately I can only get it to check for new email once every 15 minutes. The person that helped me at Verizon said there is no way around that. Does anybody know if that is correct?

Shoot, I just picked one up for Sprint too. Sorry I can't help you. But there are a lot of walk throughs and such at the following sites:

Both are information, but I think EverythingQ.com has a set up guide. If you can't find it, I will try to help you out tomorrow.

You can maybe use another soft like emoze : http://www.emoze.com/en/download/Default.aspx :?: I don't know if it change the rate of check ...

Once every 15mins? WTF? What kinda email client you use?
