The weather is improving so the insects are starting come out.
The last two of these were taken using extension tubes on the Canon Macro lens.

Holy SHIT! Those are some awesome in your face type pics!!! Really enjoy the second one as it shows so much detail. :shock:
Can't wait for the warm weather to be in full swing here. I want to take my 30D out and just snap away at the environment around me.

Can you please post also details about the pics (speed, aperture, flash or whatever else)?

The EXIF info is embedded in the photo, so if you have a plug-in for IE or Firefox right click on the photo and view.
Generally the settings were
Shutter : 1/250
Aperture : F14
ISO 200
Camera : Canon 20D
Flash : Canon MR-14 Macro Ring Flash
Lens : Canon 100mm Macro USM 2.8
A few of the photos were taken with Kenko extension tubes added to increase magnification from 1:1 (life size) to 2:1
