will most likely act as an extension of the controller it's how it works in most
racing games with a wheel attached, you should have no problems getting to any
of your garage cars, customizing, etc etc.

First off - the post is cleary a jestful poke at a hypersensitive fanboy.

Second - The point is Turn10 made some outrageous claims about their title from day 1. And over time almost everyone of the doubts some of us raised on day 1 are comign true - and this title is no where near "the ultimate racing simualtion".

It has ALL of the compromises in place I and others called them on from the beginning - it is rather amusing to see people defending the weaknesses and shortcomings of a title they are goign to PAY for instead of actually holding the developer to thier initial claims (which again - we knew were pure bullshit).

A simulation designed around a hand held controller? - yeah - right.

I caught 5 minutes of that piece of shit and wrote it off. As soon as the 350Z tried to dive down the inside of the vette and cut across the chicane i knew it was crap. No driver in their right mind would pull a stunt like that.

The Forza Motorsport Showdown is a pretty crappy show that could have been good. I like the concept of doing different types of races then getting points to mod the cars, but the people they chose and the way they chose to present it suck. Too much drama and sub par drivers.

As far as the kid Jace and Lou are concerned, maybe Lou is a little rude and brash, but the man knows his shit. Im sure he wouldn't be so rude if the kid would shut up, stop crying and listen to his advice, especially considering the kid races midgets and all of these types of events are new to him.

Show me proof that Microsoft is the one who has said nobody else can make a FF Wheel for the 360.

Maybe the lack of competitors on sale is all the clue you need - or the fact that the ]only FFB wheel for sale, even after the console has been on the market over 12 months, is a Micro$haft wheel... [:P]



Or maybe just maybe, it was because the FF dev sku wasn't finished yet. Imagine actually having to have the FF drivers implemented into the system before a FF wheel is of use. Just imagine that? Also you can hold PD and GT5 to all you want, but I think in the end we all will be satasified with the result and the only thing will MIGHT be bitching about is no Porsche or Lamborghini.
