the first one was alright
the first one was alright
for a "budget" movie it was pretty ground breaking in its section of the movie industry. the story was totally different to any other sci-fi movie before it. like with back ground of creatures, location, etc.

meh -I wouldn't say groundbreaking conceptually - thats an issue of taste though
Kevin Bacon is a great actor - he makes everything he's in better
^^ haha he was only in the first one.
i have all 4 of these, the first 2 films are excellent.i still watch them every now and then.the 3rd one is also good but not as good as the first 2.the 4th one im not a fan of.
anyone watch the TV series they did?

The first one was a low budget, fun and campy ride. The rest (I haven’t seen part 4), not so much. Part 2 wasn't that bad though.
Loved the first two myself too. 3rd was sort of crap. never seen #4 though
yeah i love the first two, the thrid one is kind of just them trying to milk it, yet the last one was just b/c the cast and crew loved the film and made a 4th.
yeah i have caught some of them and they are fairly bad.
