El Laberinto del Fauno:

not to give up key plot elements the movie which is set in WWII spain is about a young girl and the twisted fantasy world she creates for herself it's like a dark version of "Alice in Wonderland" which is very cool

point is it's a lovely film, watch it!

Anyway - I haven't seen it yet. I know I should, especially when the movie has been filmed in Spain with a spanish cast... but this fantasy movies don't excite me at all :?
It's not the kind of fantasy movie you expect. Saw it last week, it's great! Be warned though, it's not for kids!

From what i've heard from people who have seen it, if you like the Cenobites from the Hellraiser movies, and you like TOOL's videos, you're more than likely going to love this. Some of the creatures just look incredible and it's hard to believe someone imagined them.

I really want to see this, but i'm probably going to end up having to wait for it to come out on DVD
