Nope, they were shot by the Lumiere brothers, pioneers on that front! :D

Well, I don't think those guys back then loved it.

A normal man can't love these things, they have to bring a tear to your heart, not joy. But I guess you are one of those spinless type of people.

Wow - you just attacked this guy for posting some historic beat photos?

Sort of like the photos from the Holocaust you claim are false... the images cna be enjoyed while they bring a tear to ones eye.

You really are tryign hard to win friends on JW I see.

these are such sad images, they really show how the people during that period of history had to suffer under the power hungry political leaders back then (not much has changed up to today i know)

i can never understand people who are proud because of a war their country has fought. i find these things very sad :(

i can be proud of my country because they have achieved this or that during the soccer championship or that 'our' team just lately won the the handball (dunno what that sport is in english duh) championship. but i could never be proud of the cruel things that my country would have done to others(winning or loosing doesn't matter).

We need these kind of images in order to not forget what happened. Same like the holocaust camps, it was awful but we need to keep them in order to Remember so that it will never happen again!

I hope you can understand that...

http://www.tau.ac.il/Anti-Semitism/asw2001-2/belgium.htm

Since 2000 the number of violent anti-Jewish incidents has risen considerably. Moreover, there appears to be a correlation between this increase and the anti-Israel atmosphere in Belgium. Seventeen violent antisemitic acts against individuals and property were committed in 2001 and 25 from January to May 2002. Young people from the Maghreb community, influenced by fundamentalist Islamist circles in Belgium, appear to have been behind some of these attacks; they also chanted antisemitic slogans during anti-Israel demonstrations and disseminated anti-Jewish propaganda.

So are an islamic anti-semite or a neo-nazi anti-semite?

imo this is more like cause and effect. Iraq being destroyed from inside out is more like an effect to the invasion of the US army. sure Saddam was a bad person but that simply doesn't suffice to run over a country in the greed of oil. the fact that there is still so much violence is not only because the shiite and muslim followers just 'on a whim' decided to go blow themselves up along with innocent people so i guess the americans are also to blame.

and yes, this doesn't compare to WWI in any way :?

^^^Aren'y all wars dirty and bad?

And I do agree with what you typed, concerning the fact, that it is in the US best interest to keep them divided, "Divide and conquer"

'Cause except hating each other, they'd all rather see the US to pack it's bags and go home, but that would be a huge amount of wasted money, they aren't leaving without having control over the oil reserves to make up for the financial losses.
