Windows Media Center

I been wanting to share my media with the Xbox and the Lap, but haven't found Media Center available, supposedly the version of XP I have is Media Center, but I don't find the program :|

Is there a downloadable version or I just have to buy it ??

The media center thing should be under accessories, if you have media center. I don't think you need MCE anymore to share with the xbox, but you do need http://www.xbox.com/en-US/pcsetup/alldownloads.htm.

Not sure how it works with a laptop though.
