750 hp in standard spec or a 1300 hp optional engine
The link doesn't have much more info, but there are lots of pics.

It looks like it will indeed make a shockwave...only in Quebec. It almost sounds like a joke because the company's name, HHT Locus, is a genetic disease.
We've all heard this story before. Some guy has a dream of building his own supercar and he does. But no one wants one. Orca C113 anyone?
It's not pretty. It's from people nobody's heard of. It's also from Canada, which isn't exactly known as a car capital of the world. Good for the guy who made it if it's just for himself. A very nice Christmas present. But if they want to see this in production, it'll be a miss by a long shot, I'd say.

Oh shut the fuck up and read the specs. It is a beast. It looks the part too.

Do I smell a bit of national pride here?

SSC Ultimate Aero had specs. You don't see anyone rushing out to get one of those things. Granted, it's ugly, but still.

difference between the aero and this is that this has a central seat layout like the McLaren F1, and we all know how famous that car is, it looks fantastic but I know that looks are opinion based so we can't really debate on them, and it isn't "just another American car" and some potential rich buyers may like that fact.

Haha. I just realized that those are Thunderbird tail lights.
what are the specs of the engine, and I dont me HP levels!!
Chevy V8. We all knew it was either that or Ford's. Forced induction?
8.2L? around $220,000?

I kinda like the way it looks, well so far at least, but I need to see it in person.
On the downside, it is made in Canada so 90% of it is probably crafted out of some sort of intricate maple leaf and hemp weave. :P
I hope they make it though, IMO there can never be a shortage of supercars, etc even if you dont like 9/10 of them.

I like the styling as well, it's got a very unique front-end design. The HP specs are insane, I wonder if it'll get some magazine tests (Road & Track or any other with measurements) for performance specs?

Yeah, it'll be made out of maple leaf and kemp, just like every American car is made out of corn leaves and fast food wrappers.

Because controlling a 1300 hp car weighing 1100 kg has got to be a bitch!

All comes down to the parts that control it, are they up for the job?

^ i donīt think so. Bugatti (VW) even struggled 5 years to get 1000bhp in a 2 ton car and i think they have a bit more experience than these guys.

Looks like the McLaren F1 with a body kit that was made in Mexico. No offense to anyone on here from Mexico.

Seems very similar to the idea behind the Mosler, just a little more refined
depends on what you mean by refined...
Mosler is a better developed car that's in production and in racing. And I doubt that the Plethorose or whatever it's called is more "comfortable" than the MT900.
