I just troll here but I thought I would let everyone know someone *might* be planning on stealing a 360 that he claims hasn't moved in years. It is located in a Kansas City parking garade with no plates and ALOT of dust. Personally, I think the car deserves to be stolen but who am I to say.

who knows what has happened with the original owner... it isn't the first time such a story has come out. A Duesenberg is in a NY parking structure, as it has been for the last 70 or so years... Jay tried to buy it to no avail.

It's possible someone is soooo rich that they forgot they owned a Modeno, and hasn't gone back his condo since they own 30 other places all over the world. Thats my theory and i'm sticking to it. Or it's a drug tycoons car and they don't want to traced. It's up for grabs if you ask me.

Yeah, the tyres would probably be a bit flat after a few years of just sitting there. I probably wouldn't be too keen on those brakes, either, after a few years of non-use.

put it on a truck flat bed, cover it up, and ship it in another country....., or just drag it out of the garagge, and hide it in a big truck, and after that , you can go and open it , and see whats what....

Sure it's easy :D Only thing you need is a big truck. Just make the battery of the truck connect to the one of the Ferrari, so that one gets overpowered and the security systems fail, due to a lack of power. Then you'll only have to open the car, recharge the battery, and off you go :) Only problem is that you probably won't be ably to fit a truck into a parking garage ;)

Ah, but if you want to drive it, you'll first have to get into the car. Ferraris aren't the easiest cars to break into. ;)

you realise that the height of the garagge is taller than an Hummer H2, because they also need to park , and the garagges are made in that way that a tow truck can fit in it, in case , some cars arent able to get out because of technical difficulties...so just rent a little GMC tow truck, to get the car out of the garagge, and in to a 18 wheeler, and of you go to mexico, and change the registration of the car and engine codes and other crap.....

you cant get more safer/cheapper than that :D

Yes, that would get you into the car, which is a start, but Ferraris are not the easiest cars to hot wire. And you'll have a broken window to deal with. :P ;)

Sure you can. Just put a rope on the rearbumper, if you're lucky the owner left the handbrake off, and you can just tow it with you :')

hey, you cant charge people, something that is not reliable, at a moment in time, it wont sell...just look in the supercar rallyes now a days, how many Ferraris are in, and finsih thousands of kilometers just fine, as with the ordanary cars....when they finish, everyone else has left for home long time before them.

LMAO I worked on Ferraris, old and new, for over 2 years and I can honestly tell you, they arent the most reliable car out there. As stated before, people dont buy Ferraris for reliability; they buy them for the looks, performance and pedigree.

Any car that has been stored for a long time is subject to have problems with it, especially if it is in a harsh environment. Has nothing to do with it being a Ferrari or Hyundai.

LOL If you can get in the car, I'm pretty sure you could get the engine bay open as well.

Stealing a car isn't as hard as it looks folks. It's actually quite easy.
Break in car
Crack the steering column
Turn the lock cylinder

If it starts and shuts off, there is an anti theft system, unplug it LOL

lol at unplugging the alarm, we had to do that on my 944 for some time because it shorted out after one of the hurricanes, and when we went to start it it would just blow the alarm, so my dad got the bright idea to just unplug the alarm computer, and sure enough, ran perfectly. It had been rewired and upgraded sense.

as an update:

the owner of the 360 in question was contacted, and the guy posing the question as to wether or not he should steal it was being watched... the car is safe, and wasn't "there" for 2 years, but rather a few months as it's owner has been going through a nasty divorce.

the veyron seems to have been left alone for a similar time period..... If i were the owner, id be pissed to walk up to my 1.4 million doller machine with finger scraches saying "wash me" or some other gay shit like that. :roll:

Yea, I have my car in a parking garage at school and it gets nasty dirty after a week or 2. You can run your finger across it and it turnes black from the dust, shoot, and concrete dust and crap in the air
