cold days are coming and holding a camera for all day in freezing weather is not the best idea :?
is there any kind of gloves for photographers - very thin material so you can use the camera as same as you don't wear any gloves? or how do you do it? I can remember TT when he was taking first pics of the RS4

Just pee on your hands occasionally. That should warm it up :)

I guess you could buy some thin gloves. I have taken pics when skiing - I removed my glove for the shots though - my ski gloves were way to bulky for shooting. My driving gloves - thin leather are pretty OK for shooting.

ad1: well, that helps just for few seconds, but then they'll get covered with ice

ad2: sounds much better :D

Ive never liked wearing gloves on my shooting hand. It gets pretty cold at november football games unfortunately though.

When I broke my kneecap in March, my g/f got me some bicycle-gloves, so it would be easier to walk with sticks. They are of the fingerless kind, and have served me great at cold photo-outings. :)
