I'm guessing he grabbed a low voltage wire and had either a 127 or 220 V shock. Nothing that bad.... I could say that if he hadn't a heart attack.

also, the camera-man did a good job not focusing the reporter on the floor
He didn't die just passed out. The next day he was back.
