This is the lowest landing airport in the world.

St Marteen is also called St Maarten since it is half French Half Dutch.

i lived in saint maaten for 3 years. it's probably the most amazing place in the world. i've seen families set up on the beach right behind where the planes take off and then see the kids blown into the water like tumble weeds...it's hilarious

lol same here i'd love to go there, some ppl i know are from there they tell pretty nice stories :D but also people from the other islands tell me their island's the best :P so i guess i'll just have to go and find out for myself 8)

The beach is great, one of the best on the Island. Can't miss it. it's right at the end of the runway duh.

St. Martin is really one of my favorite islands. French part is like France, Dutch part is well Dutch. So it depends on your mood, where you go. Do you want beer or do you want wine? Best part is the young ladies. Many from Europe where they just swim differently than in the US.

Some of the best video I have ever taken is on this little island.

i lived on the dutch side right across the street from Atlantis World casino.. i went to the medical school that's located on the dutch side.
