Need comp/internet help

For some time now I have noticed that I cant access certain sites from home. For instance, TT's site, swisscarsightings.com, wont load using either Firefox or IE and I have no idea why.

Any suggestions? Could it be some sort of fire wall or maybe my service provider wont let me? Im clueless on how to fix it :?

Ya I get a DNS error when using IE and "connection timed out" using Firefox
