unless he had a gun or knife in his pocket. Which is why the cop asked like 3 times to take his hands out and go to the car, and then took him down before he could react.

Yea, I think it was completely appropriate for the cop to do that to the guy, with his right hand in his pocket he could have had a knife and gone after the cop. That was deffanitly the right call. Although the threat with the taser when he was already on the ground was kinda gay

OK - then the cop should have just shot him in the face - after all.. he might have had a gun.... right?

That cop better hope the guy has no permanent windpipe damage done... that take-down is gonna cost the Vegas police department a heavy settlement ;)

What do you expect? This is from COPS. It was shown at around 2am here, when only insomniacs and shift workers are up. The cop was probably just showing off in front of the TV camera.
