I guess it sounds like the V10 but the rims and the fact that this car seems to lack a well working LSD makes me a little curious.

Which part of it are you talking about? In the very beginning you're hearing the echo off the building mixing with the original frequency and then when the car comes around you just hear the exhaust as you would on the track.
He probably has an aftermarket set up on it anyway.

It's not a CSL because:
It looks to be a video shot in the US, no CSLs there,
It has a sunroof,
Sounds like a manual the way he revs before starting the burnouts, which you couldn't do easily with SMG. Also if it was SMG and the wheel spin was brought on by launch controls, the clutch safety device would cut in after about 3 or so attempts in a row which means the car would have to cool down.
Also there is no induction roar, just s**t aftermarket exhaust making that noise.
